Gin & Food Pairing: S.E.A. Edition

A one-hour workshop where you get to experience the unique combination of Asian gin with some of South-east Asia’s best-loved cuisine. 

Get to taste an exquisite gin selection sourced from around Asia such as Thailand, Japan, and Singapore and pair them with quintessential Southeast Asia delicacies which includes Peranakan Otak-Otak, Singapore Laksa and Hainanese Chicken Rice. Discover how the different taste notes of gins embody the flavours of food such as spice, savoury and sweetness. Lastly, beef up your knowledge of Singapore with some fun facts of this little red dot.
